Terms of Service:Any contact to commission me is a statement of agreement to all terms outlined within this ToS.Definitions
I/me/my: Vani/TuesdayinThedas
You/Your: The individual purchasing the Commission.1. Making Orders- I reserve the right to decline any commission request without question.- I reserve the right to adjust pricing on a requested piece accordingly before purchase.- On the request of NSFW pieces you must confirm that you are over 18 years of age. If you are not over 18 years of age I reserve the right to decline and/or cease the commission, any payment already received is non-refundable.- When purchasing a commission you will receive a digital full resolution version of the artwork. No shipping is required.- Your personal information will not be distributed to third parties and only required for purpose of the commission.2. Payment- Payment is done via Paypal invoice or Ko-Fi transaction, and is in AUD.- I will not begin the piece until I receive payment. For full body coloured and painted pieces a wip update will be given prior to payment, once confirmation on the piece is given and payment received the piece will be completed.- For sketch commissions full payment must be provided before I start working on the commission.3. Edits and changes- For full body coloured commissions I will show you sketch and ask if there's is anything you'd like to change. I cannot redraw the whole picture, only edit.- Small adjustments can be made on completed commissions. Large changes will incur an additional fee.4. Use of the Commission- I reserve the right to include any commission completed under this agreement in my portfolio in all its forms. I reserve the right to post on my social media unless requested otherwise.- I own the copyrights of the artwork. The characters will hold the copyright of the original creator/owner.- Prices listed anywhere or stated under this agreement are for personal use only. There is no transfer of rights from me to you under this agreement.- You may not use or publish for commercial use. You may not use the artwork for training A.I's or for NFTs.- You can post commissions with appropriate credit.*5. Cancellation and Refunds- All commission work is non-refundable.- I reserve the right to cancel the commission at any time. If I decide to cancel Your commission, You will receive a full refund.- For full body commissions and painting, if cancellation of the commission occurs at the sketch phase a partial refund can be made.If you wish to negotiate terms for a commercial agreement (including limiting distribution or publication) or an agreement contrary to these terms, please contact me at: [email protected]. Agreements to limit my distribution and publication of a work must be made before the commission is ordered.All commissions are presumed personal and in line with this ToS unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
